Washington Co Ks | I believe that the post said that the car passed them on a hill. I don't know that the second car needs to leave room for someone to get in while in a no passing zone. I get perturbed when following a slow vehicle up a hill waiting for a clear place to pass and have a car behind me decide to pass just as I reach the passing zone but he hasn't yet but passes anyway. | |
