| I have no experience whatsoever with Frontier, but- could you at least elaborate on the reasons for the delay before badmouthing them in a public forum? If there was bad weather, they shouldn't fly into it without good reason. If the jet was broken, (and like farm equipment they break whether new or old) then better to fix it on the ramp than at 36,000 feet. Maybe they are the worst company ever. Or maybe they think that taking care of problems in the best way available to them is preferable to identifying remains of the passengers in a smoking crater from dental records. |
