Depends a bit which version of Windows, and which browser you are using, as to where all to look.
I'm not good at describing this stuff, I can sit down and make it happen, but hopeless for me to talk a way through it.....
The short version is your cookies setting got changed and you want it set back to keeping good cookies.
(Cookies are tiny little files a web site can leave on your computer to remember stuff. Most of them are a good thing, like remembering your NAT settings. But some of them are bad, or at least a bit invasive. And so, there is the battle between keeping them for convenience, vs getting rid of them for safety/privacy.....)
