What kind of cooler are you using? Is it the older white square tubing? How far off is your rate error? Are you applying too little or too much? Also when you watch your pounds per and your rate when you are applying it a nice steady flow or do those numbers Bounce Around quite a bit?
We set up a new field IQ unit this spring and had some issues. I suspect it is in your plumbing on the cooler
