I did it on Christmas morning and got on one knee as she opened the box. She has 2 girls and they were young so didn't seem to know or care what all the commotion was. We had gotten the girls a yellow lab puppy a week before as that's what they both wanted for Christmas. She was exited and called her mom and said guess what Mike got me for Christmas. Her moms response was "another dog?"
