OK. The Pimentos are coming off and looking great. We have just a few plants because I like Pimento Cheese and our pimentos, even frozen are better than "brought on" jars.
Anybody have a good way to peel them? We have tried blanching but it still doesn't come off easily. We've been taking it off because it is so tough. TIA
