North Central Kansas | I had that happen on a 7120. A bearing went out in the drive. The bearing seized and it stripped the gear in the transmission that drives it. Was not a cheap fix. Good luck. I feel your pain.
Did it make any noise when it went out? Mine sounded like a bunch of ball bearings hitting the transmission case. It was the pieces of the gear flying off.
