With the amount of rain this year and the fact that rye isn't all that sensitive, I don't think it would be a problem. I assume this is a cover crop deal and not a for combining venture which may change my answer a little. I've seeded rye after many different corn and bean herbicides and never had issue with the rye germinating / growing.
