Subject: JD S550 and Row Sense

Have a JD S550 with row sense that has been giving us problems since it was installed. Autosteer works fine when cutting beans but in corn the combine always seems to want to turn right all the time and starts oscillating back and forth (more so anytime over 4 mph) to the point you have to turn off steering to dump on the go. Tried adjusting steering sensitivity up and down with no improvement, dealer checked both sensor and claims they are fine. Also checked wheel angle sensor on rear axle and detent pin on bottom of shaft matches correct dimension. Tried setting up a new A-B line many times but no improvement. When running corn the sensor on left side of the row is constantly being tripped while the right one seldom sees any movement, as stated above it seems like combine is always trying to turn right. Dealer looked at twice and no improvement. Any help, input, or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
