Weed free starts with the herbicide program....
Setting the combine and taking the time to adjust it and tune it in makes a huge difference.
Screens on the underside of the return elevator on the combine can help.
Screens on the unload auger at the bin can help too.
There are fanning Mills like I use for my boys popcorn project. We use a screen to pull out the stuff that's bigger then the seed we want and then one to pull out the smaller stuff. Also a fan to get the chaff out.
The commercial stuff has spirals, cleaner, and gravity table to help sort off the good stuff.
