w-Mn | Raise the feeder house drum to the up position, feed accelerator in low setting, Rotor in low range, chopper in corn setting, low speed and knives out. Run the rotor as slow as you can without leaving kernels on cob, the concave open as far as you can so your just leaving a few kernels on end of cob. Open the bottom sieve about wide open and the top about 18-20, watch the tank sample and adjust accordingly. We try to run the rotor 200-300rpms depending on moisture of corn. Oh ya, give er nuts to try to keep your bu per hr around 3000-3500. The fuller you can keep the machine the better job it does. 8 row head in 200bu corn you will probably be around 6mph or more.
