Dave Ramsey is like "money management for dummies". From what I have seen he has no concept of opportunity cost. One of the biggest mistakes of my farming career was turning down an opportunity to rent a guys pasture and buy his cows. This was before they got way high and the LFP. I was afraid of the debt after just purchasing my first farm and cattle herd. It was a solid 250,000 mistake.
