That one looks interesting. I am looking at a smoker, but would not want a Treager for everyday
grilling. Maybe chicken, ribs or similar would work on this one.
My steaks do not just sit in too much smoke, they need to grill in 15 minutes or less.
This looks like a smaller model, how much are they ?
Look at a RecTec grill. I do steaks on mine all the time. Just buy the searing grates and it heats up to 525 degrees in about 15 min. Steaks are great on it and can use it for.smoking ribs, brisket, pork loin etc.. It is awesome. |
