Plum jelly is great. We've got two rows of plum trees in a shelterbelt near our house. My wife and I don't bother with the fuss of making it, but a gal my mother worked with does. I take her a couple 5 gallon buckets and she spends a weekend making it and gives us a few pints for the year when she's done.
Picked a whole bunch of wild plums. Need help!
