The garden makes things difficult, herbicides can easily drift and kill your plants.
This is a difficult weed, 2 products recommended for control are dicamba and triclopyr, sold
under the name Garlon and others.
You do not want dicamba near your garden.
That means hand pulling would be your best choice. Get after it.
