Check back by the compressor to see if you can get to the drain line. Sometimes you need to Cut a quarter inch off the grommet at the end, it gums up overtime. You can see who made the fridge for kenmore by Googling to who makes kenmore. If this was made by whirlpool I'm guessing this is the problem.
