Mid Michigan | Have a Soleus Air powered by Gree window unit. I think it's 5000 btu and maybe came from Wal Mart for $100 bucks a few years ago. The thing works GREAT. Very quiet and blows very cool. Doesn't sit there and cycle like some of those noisey irritating ones. Thing does an amazing job of cooling most of the house and has been flawless. Was also a lot lighter to install in the window and smaller in size than the ones I had before that didn't work nearly as good. Runs on 110 and has simple controls. No remote or digital crap to break. | |
