My daughter and I both have Samsung s7 phones on Verizon.  Today she cannot get on facebook with our wi fi.  I checked our settings, mine are the same as hers, and it says she is connected to wi fi.  When she went to church this morning, she could get on wi fi with the Verizon network, came back home and facebook says she is not connected.  I have tried many settings with no results, and compared our settings and they seem to be the same.
What did she do to indicate she is not connected when her phone says she is connected?  Yes, the airplane mode is off.
