If the jars will fit and you can make 10 lbs of pressure any cooker/canner will work. I put raw cool meat in the jars and process them per the instructions in the USDA link. If memory serves, 75 minutes for pints. I've got a 6 qt Mirrors, a 7 qt and a 21 qt Presto. Canned in all of them.
