I just went through similar with the 903... 40+ dollars for the short head bolts... 60+ on the longer ones. 100+ dollars for 1 rod bolt, nut and lockplate.. LOL> Oil pump was $3500! That Steiger sure looks nice, for the age and hours I have a MF 4880 with 1500 less hours and same vintage. lets just say it isn't quite as 'sharp' I see the wear and tear on the hitch is nil. This may be a bonafide 'find'. In-person crawl-over is definitely reqd!!! Plus a lengthy phone call to previous owner. |
