west central Iowa | Finally remembered to take a pic of the fan transition on my silo. The floor is just a standard bin floor I got out of a 21' bin I tore down. It is setting on treated 2x4s laid flat. I had a shop bend the transition and I welded the sides on. It seems to work pretty good, I have a bigger fan to put on eventually. I cut the floor planks to fit as tight to the wall as possible, so I could just silicone the flashing to the wall I stead of trying to drill holes.
