around here the corn head would be $100k, and $70k for a flex head. combines have a lot of different options so the price is all over the place but for a basic model it's like $600k. safe to say $700k-750k by the time you actually go through all the options you'd need/want. basically close to a million for everything, no idea how people can afford this crap
I think you're a little high, or maybe way high, for a machine sized for an eight row and 30' bean head.
The last new eight row I bought was $56,000 a year and a half ago. I've never bought a new combine or flex head.
The combine, 40' draper, and near new 12 row corn head we are going to run this year only cost $72,000 all together, so I agree that new stuff is way expensive and it's hard to grasp how to afford it.
