Southern MN | That is the setup we have except we have duals on both rear wheels and it works fine when it's dry. We pull single wagons when it gets pretty wet and soft. We have fairly level ground around here but one road in particular has a bit of a hill to it and we need to downshift a gear, maybe two going up the hill. And when going down the other side you need to be mindful that it takes more to slow down with fully loaded wagons. It doesn't feel unsafe as far as steering, but even with wagon brakes it takes a lot to stop that much weight. So the detirmining factor for you may be how many hills you encounter and how steep they are. | |
