Subject: International 460 for loader tractor

At a field I rent there's a international 460 diesel with a trip bucket loader on it sitting, I talked to the lady and she said it's been there for bout 4-5 years they use to use it for brush hogging but haven't used it for 4-5 years so now it's been sitting, I'm looking for a cheap tractor just to clean barn and move round bales off a wagon and plow snow with and possibly take hay, would this tractor be good for that and also what do I need to check for with it sitting that long and what issues do these tractor have? She said maybe a couple thousand for it but I was thinking 1500 for the tractor and brush hog, the bucket is rotted out. Thanks for any advice
