So I call my health insurance guy to get different policy. He says no can't do it until january. Obama care rules. And if I cancel I have to pay 1% penalty per month of the current premium. Plus my new premium cost. If I get one. He says wait it out. And that penalty will last until I'm 65 or I get insurance through an employer sometime. Employers follow similar rules..
