This Corn has missed small rains ALL growing season (40 hundredths max) at a time. 10 days of 105 heat has caused the fired leaves in my opinion. Other fields show no signs of dying leaves and ears look real good.
I understand but it takes a nutrient deficiency to lose leaves. Dryness will cause k def but not N def. Rain will help but if your short on N it's still in trouble.
