The electric pump is fine for some situations but not all---------sure it will push fuel to the filter but if the thing gulps air in the pump it will be a issue the stock filter has the shroeder valve to bleed air out you would need to turn pump on bleed air then fire it..... On the subject of the glow plugs there is a arctic glow plug available , sometimes in the catalogs its listed as a high altitude glow plug. It is best if you either wire these on a toggle switch or put on a new controller since it will smoke yours if it has any time on it.




I loved this motor as far as durability but by todays standards it is a fuel hog an short on power.... You can get more fuel to them and with boost they will make decent power but the exhaust ports are to close to the water jackets and they will build heat if you run much exhaust temp
