Nebraska | In Nebraska if it is a Estate Sale you do not have to go through a FFL holder to buy guns on auction. Most of them still require you to have a purchase or CCW permit so they know that you are good. If it is a living auction that someone is just selling all their stuff it is to my understanding that they must go through FFL. The guns must be transferred at the FFL address its technically not legal to fill out paperwork and receive gun elsewhere. | |
