Hire a mobile welder to cut it. I needed a straight head torch to cut out a plate on a combine return auger and he came out and was finished in about 5 minutes. Would have cost me $100-150 to buy the torch head and I was going to have to order it in which would have taken a few days. $55 for him to swing by was cheap and effective.
