Subject: Struggling with fungicide decisions

Central Indiana
Both corn and beans. I am ground applying 15-20 gpa. Wholesaler recommends generic Tebucon and Propicon, 4oz each, less than $7/acre. Retailer likes the name brands, HeadlineAMP, Stratego, Priaxor. I originaly intended to mix Tebucon and Azoxystrobin, but wholesaler said not necessary.

I will apply some strips comparing generic to name brand, and untreated. Not that concerned about generic vrs. name brand. Willing to test and see.

But I do want the most from a generic.

Tebucon/Propicon vrs. Propicon/Azoxystrobin???? I had never heard of mixing two triazoles, I thought you wanted a triazole/stroby??

Concern is grey leaf spot, common rust in corn, broad spectrum in soybeans

Not using NIS in corn. Have not decided if I'm going to put an insecticide in beans yet.

I have some Deltamethrin left from planting, will I regret using it instead of a newer insecticide.
