Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251 | We had a couple where the concrete was crumbling off just on the outside. In one of them we installed a drying floor with an unload tube - made a nice bin out of it!
The other one we made a raised floor out of treated 2x6's and plywood. It actually was fast and cheap, and worked well.
We still sealed around the concrete with some concrete epoxy type patch and then liberal use of roofing tar.
