Just went through this on one of our Fords. As others have said look for a bad chamber first. If they are good, your treaddle valve in the cab is bad. If i remember right it is 4 bolts and a couple of air lines and you have two sets of square orings that seal the two blocks together. The one on the engine side is just a manifold block with no moving parts. If you need a part number i can try to look it up from when i did ours earlier this year.
