Rims can be cut with a plasma, torch if your good, or a mag base drill if you have access to one or know someone that does. Put triples on the front of an 8820 and duals on the back just like this for a neighbor years ago. Worked just fine for years..... Never had an issue with anything, I didn't condone it but that machine would go anywhere..... even for its size.
