South Western Ontario, Canada | Had a brain fart as I'm wandering over the road with my western star with a 3406E.......did you happen to change the engine oil just before you noticed the differents in temperatures?
Mine will have a higher oil temp with fresh oil for the first 100 miles or so (do pull heavy loads too 140000lbs). After that she cools down on the oil side. Right now its sitting on 180 water and 145 oil temp. Running 65mph empty weighing 37000lbs. |
