That looks like an operator error, not sure why an insurance company is involved.
The story of tip my baler over, and expect a new replacement will not happen.
The deductible means the owner pays for all of this one.
Not to Hijack but you are saying that if you are at fault in an accident you don't expect insurance to pay? You really might want to rethink that.
