Might be a good idea to not set a metal charger on the metal tractor. Negative may be bonded to the frame of the charger somehow.
+1, very common for the Neg charger cable to be grounded to the metal charger case. just don't set the charger on the tractor. Otherwise, charger does not care if the machine is Pos or Neg ground as long as you connect Pos to Pos and Neg to Neg at the battery posts. |
