North Central Illinois | It probably isn't going to go much lower. Rarely are you going to see the price of propane drop headed into harvest. On the other hand your upside risk might be pretty limited. Unless we end up with very wet corn everywhere which seems unlikely at this time, You may very well be able to get propane for the same price in season as now. As someone else mentioned, if for some reason it does drop down under $0.85 you probably can't get hurt too bad locking some of that in. | |
