Most farmers keep their complains silent, move on because thy don't want to screwup relationship with dealers,, problem is as old dealerships retire or new employees rule, third values to serve customers is not the same its lower
I never complained to the dealer. Bought them at the local Deere dealer, they don't set the quality of the parts so I have no beef with them so it never really hurt my relationship with the dealer, exept I do less buisiness there since I went back to getting all my combine parts at the Agco dealer.
I do agree that since my local Deere dealer moved a build a bigger building with new management the service isn't the same for the small guy. I ended up switching to a smaller dealer but they have had most of the same people for some time and really pride themselves on service. Funny thing is both dealers have the same owner with the same name, but totally different ways of running the place. |
