Western WI | Computer at Ford dealer showed #4 was 30% compression. Decided to pull engine and possibly get a crate motor.... Possibly rebuild. This is what in hole #4. Crank, cams, block and heads look good other than some piston residue in cylinder. Planning on polishing crank, have heads gone thru and having block boiled and honed.
Any ideas as to why the piston failed would be appreciated.
