Not certain what I did because I made numerous changes trying to fix the problem.  I think editing the ini file and changing debug=0 to debug=1 might have cured the problem. 

Visiting their site (voidtools) didn't indicate any reason for the problem, searching the web did find some others with the UAC problem, but replies to the problem indicated it wasn't normal to have UAC pop up with Everything.exe.
