NW Ohio | I haven't had that issue. What version is your software on it?
If you have tried all the settings to correct it with no luck I would back up my data and try a soft reset first. If that doesn't get it I would try to either update it or down grade the software then bring it back up if you are on the current version.
As a last resort, I would do a hard reset. Again, make sure you back up your data before doing any of these. | |
