Gibson City Il | if you are not going to use a rear center boom section you need
1) very good wiper blade and keep a couple in the cab
2) squeegee with a brush on one side to clean the window and door at fills
3) if you are not going to run a reversing fan carry a broom to clean the screens at EVERY fill.
4) I would check the axle/ leg bushings and make sure they are tight(where the tread adjust slides out of the main frame) .. ive seen when they get a lot of wear or are loose they kick the bottom of the tire out ( camber) and will run over a lot of corn
many thousands of acres sprayed in those machines with out guidance it is nice to have but not a deal breaker in my mind. In a very tall corn situation it can be done with the above mentioned accessories it also helps to have a seasoned sprayer operator in the late season tall corn situation... Remember practice makes perfect and what you are wanting to do can easily be done after all that was what that sprayer was made to do.
