Paul is correct. Spend your time and money to keep that water moving thru your property, while always staying on the old natural water course. Keep in mind, the property owner below you may have a gripe with extra water coming in, but cannot say anything if it is in an old natural water course that simply has been cleaned and restored. Forget about spending money on a lyer.
