| I do not recall his name. That dealership sends out surveys frequently regarding your experience with its various departments. I related my problem in my survey response and the owner (he might have been a CEO/CFO but I took him to be the owner) called me on his own and we discussed the situation at length and agreed upon a solution. I think he worked out of the Hopkinsville store. I found him to be a pleasant, reasonable person and, as I have stated, I was satisfied with how the situation was addressed. | |
