Don't need to worry about fat content on low carb, high fat, moderate protein (lchfmp )diets either. Eating fat does not make you fat eating carbs is what make you fat. Eat the brats skip the bun and beer. Just look at all the supposed "low fat" "healthy" foods being pushed yet obesity & diabetes, continues to skyrocket. Wanna know why ? Because when they remove all the fat they have to add something back in to make it palatable. What do they add .....CARBS ! |
