BC, Canada | The computer monitors numerous sensors during PTO operation, in regards to power boost, there are usually a couple twist sensors on the shaft inside the transmission running from the flywheel to the PTO clutch. The amount of deflection or twist in the shaft the computer calculates the load on the PTO from that.
So pulling a disk and turning on the PTO won't give you a power boost situation.
