I have the v-6 gas version with the 3.21 and 8 sod auto. Will work the transmission a lot. Will get the 3.55 in my next one. For what it is worth I'm very happy with my gasser. 80k miles with nothing but oil changes. Pull a 14k trailer about 20k miles of those. The diesel I bought at my last place of work is in the shop constantly. Fuel economy is equal IMO.
