what motor? we had a 95 volvo with an M11 cummins that did something like that. found 2 blown fuses inline behind the computer on the side of the engine. they were kinda buried behind some wires. replaced the fuses and it started, but ended up having to replace the computer when it was all said and done. guess thats what blew the fuses.
