SW Indiana | Met with insurance adjuster last Friday, and went back again today to look things over again and took some more pictures. Feel safe to say it will make some corn after looking at it a week later, pretty uneven and plenty of thin spots. Insurance wants me to take care of it the best I can and they will make up the difference compared to the other fields on the farm that wasn't damaged. Last 2 pictures are of the good corn...we need a rain, been about 15 days now since this farm has seen anything, had 1/4 inch at the homeplace, safe to say its dry everywhere 'here'. Had my dad with me today he thinks there is 100 bushel potential out there still if we get some water, I'd agree with that at this point.
