I am pretty sure he has fed them before and they really liked the disposition and I guess my steers really liked the corn stalks and they did not have any sickness or death loss. That can really add to the value and then if they can get the certified Angus Premium I think they can do a little better than break even,

I have a friend who bought one from me about 15 months ago and that steer weighed close to 800 when he got him and Mark said he got to 1600 pounds and he said the meat was marbled great but no excess fat and he made the 850 pounds of gain on mostly grass. I know that our cattle have a lot of potential but I don't have enough money to stay with them to fat. Maybe I am just a chicken and i really do feel bad when feeders don't make a profit.
